On the afternoon of 30 July 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chairman of the National Organizing Committee for the 20th Francophonie Summit (NOC), chaired the sixth meeting of the NOC in order to review the progress of the preparations for the Summit, which will be held in Phnom Penh from 14 to 16 November 2026.

On the afternoon of 30 July 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chairman of the National Organizing Committee for the 20th Francophonie Summit (NOC), chaired the sixth meeting of the NOC in order to review the progress of the preparations for the Summit, which will be held in Phnom Penh from 14 to 16 November 2026.
On this occasion, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister also presented the outcomes of the 47th Extraordinary Session of the Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, held on 30 June in Paris.
As Chairman of the NOC, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister provided several recommendations and guidance to ensure the smooth progress of the preparatory process and the full success of the 20th Francophonie Summit.
